After graduating with my Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and then working for four years as a Commissioning Engineer in the Power and Energy industry, my knowledge and background were purely technical.

When I moved across from a technical to a management position, I realised that being good in maths, technical applications and logic doesn’t guarantee that you can be a good manager or a leader (although having those skills and knowledge do help along the way). That is why I went to WMG, to improve my skills in management, and their MSc in Engineering Business Management provides a broad, deep and integrated understanding of the main business functions within a modern, international context, rather than specialising in one particular business area, which is perfect for me. On top of that, I’ve gained more friends that have a similar wavelength of thinking and interest from different industries.

I would definitely recommend anyone to pursue their study with WMG, and to be honest, I do miss it!
