Bercow 10 Years On : The independent review of provision for children and young people with speech and language needs in England was launched at Speaker's House, Houses of Parliament by John Bercow MP, Speaker at the House of Commons on 20 March 2018.

Professor Geoff Lindsay was a member of the decision-making committee that produced this independent report led by the charity I CAN and the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists. Geoff previously led research that informed the original Bercow Report 2008. The Better Communication Research Programme 2009-12 which was funded by the Department of Education to undertake research to meet the Bercow Report's recommendation for the need for more research.
