Empowering & Inspiring Women Series

During Term 1 and 2, we will invite women leaders from institutions like the International Monetary Fund, the Bank of England, the European Parliament and much more, to interact with Warwick students in a series of both live and pre-recorded webinars called the Inspiring Women Series. Students can learn how these accomplished women managed to thrive in such competitive workplaces, while also tackling prejudice and gender bias issues faced along the way.

The Empowering Women Series is the second series of webinars happening in Term 1 and 2 that aims to raise awareness of psychological issues women face due to gender inequality at work, such as imposter syndrome. The executive team will conduct pre-recorded interviews with women professionals to address such topics of discussions, which will then be made available to society members via our social media pages.

CV Clinics & More

The executive team had organized an alumni mentorship scheme and CV clinics to offer society members guidance and support in their work experience application process. The CV Clinic is an ongoing event so students are encouraged to send in their CVs and Cover Letters so that our executive team reviews them and sends back recommendations accordingly.
