Edit team members
Follow the steps below to add a new team member
Add a new team member
- From the Team page click on Manage team members
- On the Manage team members area scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Add new entry button
- On the message box enter a number
- Click on the <html> icon on the edit message content bar
- Copy and paste the template content from below as appropriate - ie. Template student message, Template staff message, Template staff message with video
- Click 'Save' on the html editor and return to the message box

Edit member photo
Important: Members profile photo should be 280 x 280px.
- On the item you wish to modify and select Edit
- Right click on the image
- From the edit toolbar select the image picker icon (button with a tree shape)
- On the Image picker screen select the Your computer tab.
- Select Browse and choose the image file from your computer
- Type an image description
- Click the Select button
- You will see the member photo has been replaced
Reorder items
Please ensure to assign one of the following tags to the items
- Active
- Team
Reorder items
Team mebers entries are ordered by number. To change the order items are displayed simply change the date in which the item was entered on the data list date field.
Once you have finished, click Save changes. A pop up will show confirming you wish to permanently overwrite previous content. If you wish to go ahead select Save.
Return to the page you were editing and press Control + F5. Your changes should now show on the page.
