On 22nd February, Professor Nicholas Crafts delivered the keynote speech at the Irish Fiscal Advisory Council’s third annual “Path for the Public Finances” conference. The event, held at Dublin Castle, included talks from six other senior economic experts on three themes: long-run growth prospects; demographic changes; and future health and pensions costs.
