Report on the impact of Customer Relationship Management on Careers IAG settings
Report, by Liane Hambly, outlines the findings of a study into the impact of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on the quality of the customer relationship and service provided in a career information and guidance setting. The study took place in one of the 11 Next Step regions in England during the period October 2010 to June 2011.

Careers Coaching Conference at UEL, 17 May 2011
This one day conference on Career Coaching will focus on coaching tools as they apply to career decision making and on how these techniques can be applied in your professional practice. Differences between careers guidance and career coaching and how careers coaching may offer a valuable additional professional skill set wil be explored. Speakers include Professor Rachel Mulvey, a government adviser on careers policy and Dr Jonathan Passmore, author and one of the UK’s leading coaching psychologists.
