We are delighted to publish this issue on Water and thank Radha D'Souza for being our guest editor.

This issue comes with significant changes to the management of the journal. The editorial board has been reconstituted and we welcome John Harrington (Liverpool), Celine Tan (Birmingham), Fauzia Shariff (LSE), James Harrison (Warwick) and Octavio Ferraz (Warwick) to our valuable editorial team.

The issue owes a great deal to the hard work of our new Publishing Editor Sabrina Zheng who has been a great support to Masha Baraza.

We would also like to announce two forthcoming issues which will be published shortly. The Issue on Legal Pluralism is being guest edited by Fauzia Shariff. In addition, there is a student issue which will consist of materials by LLM and Research Students in International Development Law and Human Rights.
