Dr Filip Balcerzak is an Associate Professor at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland. Dr Balcerzak has served as an arbitrator in over thirty-five arbitration cases, specialising in the resolution of domestic and international commercial disputes. He has been nominated by the EU as a candidate arbitrator and expert on trade and sustainability in disputes regarding trade agreements between the EU and third countries. We look forward to an engaging conversation about his work in this field, challenges for the future, as well as on practice of international arbitration in general. Dr Balcerzak's academic profileLink opens in a new window.

Law, Life and CritiqueLink opens in a new window is series of webinars, led by Dr Velimir Zivkovic, offering a unique opportunity to join in a conversation with leading practitioners and academics on both the law and critiques of it, as well as the realities of the working life in these different spheres.
