About the Lecture
- Professor Sascha Becker will discuss “Why Forced Migration is Different” - This discussion looks at the causes and consequences of forced migration
- Professor Omer Moav will talk about “From Hunter-Gatherers to Hierarchies: The Impact of Agriculture” - This lecture explores the transformative shift from small, egalitarian hunter-gatherer societies to complex, hierarchical civilizations. We will delve into the pivotal role of agriculture in driving this transition.
