How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

The toolbar above the calendar has buttons to view different events. Use the left and right arrow icons to view events in the past and future. The button inbetween returns you to today's view. The button to the right of this shows a mini-calendar to let you quickly jump to any date.

The dropdown box on the right allows you to see a different view of the calendar, such as an agenda or a termly view.

If this calendar has tags, you can use the labelled checkboxes at the top of the page to select just the tags you wish to view, and then click "Show selected". The calendar will be redisplayed with just the events related to these tags, making it easier to find what you're looking for.

Want to know more about managing your references, saving time and avoiding plagiarism?

The webinar will introduce you to the desktop version of EndNote and will demonstrate how to import or add references to your library, how to create groups, how to attach full text articles. It will also show you how to use the Cite While You Write function in Microsoft Word to generate citations and bibliographies.

The webinars are delivered via Teams with alternating sessions for PC and Mac users. Please make sure you select a slot which corresponds with the operating system you will be using.

Lexis+ UK Legal Research Certification

Lexis+ UK is a leading law database used in academic and legal practice in the UK. The database publisher provides online training and a certification test. Successful completion of the test leads to a certificate which can enhance your employability.

This session provides an opportunity for you to take the foundation level Lexis+ UK certification test in a supported environment with Jackie Hanes, Research and Academic Support Librarian. There is no formal teaching in this session, but attendees can ask questions about the database and receive help with questions in the test.

This session is intended for UG and PGT law students only. Pre-session work is required. Attendees should complete online Lexis+ UK database training before attending the session (approx. 1 hour). Places in this session are limited to 30 people. Please sign-up to attend the workshop.
