ESPP Conference Bag 2014

This conference bag from the 2014 European Society for Philosophy and Psychology (ESPP) meeting in Noto, Sicily, marks Warwick’s long-standing role in interdisciplinary research. The Warwick Mind and Action Research Centre (WMA), and its predecessor project on Consciousness and Self-Consciousness, helped shape ESPP from its early days—hosting the 1998 meeting and contributing key leadership. Many collaborations began at ESPP symposia, reflecting Warwick’s pioneering work in the philosophy of mind and action. A fun touch: the bag originally included a stress ball, thoughtfully anticipating the intellectual intensity of the days ahead.
