Enhancement Tutor Scheme

Enhanced tutoring in SELCS

Enhanced tutoring is available to all students across SELCS - including those in Applied Linguistics, Education Studies, the Centre for Teacher Education, and the Centre for Lifelong Learning. This support is designed for times when you may need a little more guidance, or tailored help than your personal tutor is realistically able to provide within their workload.

Our enhanced tutoring is delivered by trained and experienced PGR students who understand the challenges of academic study and are well placed to offer additional, flexible, and responsive support. Whether you’d like help navigating your studies, developing academic skills, or simply talking through an issue with someone who understands the SELCS student experience, this is a valuable opportunity to access high‑quality, personalised academic support beyond the standard tutoring provision.

If you would like to know more about the Enhancement Tutor scheme then you can contact the leader of the scheme, Director of Student Experience in Education Studies, Cheryl Cane at c.cane@warwick.ac.uk.
