Consultation for New CSWG Initiative for PhD and Early Career Scholars
The Centre for the Study of Women and Gender is considering creating a new initiative for PhD students and Early Career Scholars working on gender, feminism, sexuality and related topics.
has launched this consultation survey to get a better understanding of the needs and preferences of the PhD students and early career scholars working on these issues across the University. The results will be used to shape the plans for this initiative.

What kind of initiative would you find most useful?
A work-in-progress workshop: PhD students send in draft chapters or papers in advance and the group discusses the draft and gives feedback
A reading group: readings are set in advance and participantsdiscuss them. The readings would focus on general topics relevant to all: i.e. the affective life of writing, the politics of literature reviews, interdisciplinarity, etc.
