Rachael Brogan

My Bio

My role is focused on the creation and development of new programmes within the department, as well as expanding our existing provision. I am particularly passionate about our Summer Schools, having been involved since the inception of the Warwick Summer School in 2014 and in the initial development of the Pre-University Summer School. I am committed to ensuring that these programmes evolve to accommodate growth while maintaining a high-quality student experience.

I have worked at the University since 2012 and have developed expertise across a range of areas, including generalist HR functions, student recruitment and admissions, student experience, marketing, projects, and business development. Prior to joining the University, I gained valuable experience in HR and project management roles within the civil service, with a brief stint in the pharmaceutical industry. I am MSP qualified.
