Professional Development

WGA is committed to the continuous development of all its staff and throughout the year, a range of sessions and activities will take place to support this development.

The University also offers a range of development opportunities which are outlined below; some development opportunities are more suited to either academic staff, or professional services staff, but there are many options which are open to all.

There are also some compulsory training modules that staff must complete, regardless of their role - these are detailed within the Human Resource pages on the intranet.
