Departmental Roles

Across the Department, staff take on a number of roles in addition to their substantive positions. These roles play a key part in driving forward our plans and priorities and supporting continuous improvement.

When departmental roles are due to become vacant, we will ask for expressions of interest via email which should include a statement on how you are suitable for the role. Informal discussions will follow with members of the executive team. Following the discussions, decisions will be communicated and roles appointed to for three years.

Once a member of staff is appointed to the role they will be supported by the wider team.
