Meeting Room Booking Form

Within WGA, we have a number of locally bookable meeting rooms, all situated with the New Education Building (WE). The rooms can cater for various different size and styles of meetings and have the following facilities available:

WE0.58 - Our informal meeting room comfortably seats around 10 people in total, with one large table and 2 x bench seats, and a small sofa and 2 x arm chairs with coffee table. There is also AV equipment to support hybrid meetings.

WE1.39 - Meeting room with one large table with chairs, seats around 8 people in total. Also includes AV equipment to support hybrid meetings

WE1.34 - Small meeting room with one small table with chairs, seats around 5 people in total. Also includes AV equipment to support hybrid meetings

WE1.26 - Large teaching room with individual desks and chairs - can be reconfigured to support large meetings, seats around 18 people in total. Also includes whiteboard, lectern, data projector and screen.
