Professional Services

The Professional Services team at Warwick Global Academy provides essential operational and strategic support to ensure the smooth delivery of our programmes and an outstanding experience for students and staff.
Together, we work to create a seamless journey for student, from first enquiry through to enrolment and beyond, while supporting WGA’s vision for innovation and excellence.

Admissions, Marketing and Development

  • Marketing and Communications – Promoting WGA programmes globally, managing digital channels, and developing campaigns to attract and engage prospective students.
  • Student Recruitment – Building relationships with international markets, agents, and partners to increase applications and conversions.
  • Admissions – Managing application processes, entry requirements, and ensuring timely, accurate decisions for applicants.
  • Business Development and Projects – Driving growth through partnerships, new initiatives, and strategic projects that enhance WGA’s global reach.

Academic Services

  • Student Experience and On-Course Support – Working closely with academic teams to provide high-quality services that enhance student wellbeing and success. This includes orientation activities, ongoing pastoral support, and responding to student queries throughout their studies.
  • Academic Staff Support – Assisting teaching teams with timetabling, assessment administration, and resource coordination to ensure smooth delivery of modules and a positive classroom experience.

Executive Support

Departmental administration including:

  • HR (supporting with processes and procedures)
  • Estates
  • Office Facilities (including IT equipment)
  • Finance (including purchasing)
  • Support to Executive Team (including HoD diary management)
