Andrew Bacon OBE
CEO, Enactus UK
Andrew has combined a career of almost 30 years in the private sector with numerous roles and responsibilities in the locality in which he lives. Prior to Enactus UK, Andrew has worked in the UK and around the world for Lucas Automotive, Honda, United Technologies, KPMG, EDS, BT and Centrica.
Andrew has held the responsibility as the Regional Ambassador to the East Midlands for HRH The Prince of Wales in recognition of the six years of service as a regional board member of Business in The Community (BiTC) and social entrepreneur mentor. During this time, Andrew has specialised in developing the engagement between business and schools, colleges and university to promote the world of work, co-develop information, advice and guidance for young people and provide work placements to improve work readiness. In addition Andrew has chaired the Local Enterprise Partnership for Leicestershire for over three years taking the lead on skills along with HE and FE board members. Andrew was a member of the UK Government EU National Growth Board and a regular columnist on economic development and skills for the Local Government Chronicle.

James Broderick
CEO, UBS Wealth Management
Jamie Broderick is CEO of the UBS Wealth Management business in the UK & Jersey, which has over 200 client advisors providing wealth and investment management services to private clients. He joined UBS in January 2013 and was appointed UBS Group Managing Director in March 2014.
Jamie spent the majority of his career prior to UBS with JP Morgan, having joined JP Morgan Investment Management in 1993. He held a number of senior roles before becoming Head of EMEA, JP Morgan Asset Management in 2005. He began his investment management career with Wellington Management Company. He received an AB in Linguistics and Arabic from Harvard College, extending his studies with a teaching fellowship at Phillips Academy and doctoral studies in ‘Linguistics and near Eastern Languages and Civilisations’ at University of Chicago.

Angela Fitzpatrick

Angela has held commercial roles throughout her successful career in some of the biggest global companies, working with truly inspirational people and products. However, in 2008, Greenpeace published a report titled Tinned Tuna's Hidden Catch. It contained some unpalatable facts about one of the UK's favourite seafoods. Feeling passionately about this, Angela and co-founder Bryn Scadeng, set up The Reel Fish Co, in 2009 and lauched its Reel Tuna range out in 2011 - a branded, 100 per cent pole and line sustainably caught canned tuna range!

Professor James Hayton
Dean, Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations
James Hayton, an internationally renowned academic scholar and leader, is the Dean of the Rutgers School of Management and Labour Relations (SMLR). Hayton's areas of interests include entrepreneurship and human resources practises in small and medium-sized firms. Previously holding the position of Pro-Dean at Warwick Business School, the University of Warwick (UK) where he was responsible or developing and communicating school-wide goals and has overseen strategic planning and budgeting processes. Hayton has maintained an extensive record of teaching, mentoring and service contributions at all of these institutions. Hayton received his doctorate in Human Resource management from the W.T.Beebe institute of personnel and Employment Relations at the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. He also holds a B.A in business administration from middlesex University (UK).

Professor John Lyon

Initially trained as a Clinical Biochemist, then as a Chartered Accountant (PriceWaterhouseCoopers). John is a Fellow of the ICAEW, a Chartered Fellow of the Securities Institute, a Fellow of the Institute of Clinical Research, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, a Chartered Scientist and Chartered Director. He was awarded the northern entrepreneur of the year award for science and technology in 2005 sponsored by Ernst and Young. John has held non-executive and chairman appointments spanning over 25 years as both a venture capitalist and a personal investor. As a Professor of Practice at WBS, John combines his entrepreneurial activities with an interest in entrepreneurship research, specialising in entrepreneurial failure and its effects on entrepreneurs' subsequent behaviours.

Sophia Nadur
Co-founder, Tg green teas
Sophia has more than 25 years of global food & drink marketing & innovation experience at Coca-Cola, Mars, Unilever, and Kraft. Currently working with companies across the world to develop better-for-you product portfolios, she has co-founded a healthier drinks start up (Tg green teas) in London that recently completed crowdfunding on Tesco BackIt to help it scale up. Sophia has a Warwick MBA and degrees from McGill and University of London. She is a qualified lawyer, volunteer magistrate and WBS mentor.

Professor Stephen Roper
Professor of Enterprise, Director of ERC, WBS
Stephen is Director of the Enterprise Research Centre, an independent research centre which conducts policy relevant research on SME growth and development. The ERC is a partnership between Warwick Business School, Aston Business School, Birmingham, Imperial College Business School, Strathclyde Business School and Birmingham University Business School. Funding is being provided by the Economic and Social Research Council, the UK government Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, the British Bankers Association and the Technology Strategy Board. Stephen's main research interests are in innovation, enterprise growth and development, regional development, and industrial policy evaluation.
