We are giving all teams the opportunity to book a work space for the duration of BiP (from Wednesday 22nd June- Friday 1st July). Note that the spaces will be shared with other teams, as we have highlighted on the form. You should discuss these options as a Team and have one person submit your 3 Team Space preferences.

You can have a look at the room page to see where each space is and find more information on the rooms. You may not have seen the Undergraduate Learning space on the ground floor, but this is similar the the PG learning space on the first floor. Remember when you are choosing, in the WBS Teaching Centre you can book into M1 and M2 theatres but this space also has its own nice foyer area outside for relaxing.

There will be online training and briefings over the two weeks that you watch while in your team space. Some rooms have large screens that all teams can look at, in other spaces teams would participate via their own laptops.

We will do our best to give you an allocation of one of your top three choices but cannot guarantee this.

Once the form has closed, we will post on the module page before the start of the teaching, to show you where your allocated Team space is. If you do not submit a preference, you will be allocated a space randomly.

The form will close on Monday 6th June at 4pm. So make sure you have made a choice before then.
