The form is for you to register you interest the alpaca visit to reduce assessment and examination stress. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please ensure you are signed in to Warwick to fill out this form. This form will close after all places have been filled.

Please only register for a place if you are committed to attending.

On this form you can register a 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd choice or if you are only interested in the one slot please indicate this. However, please be advised that as trips are allocated on a first come first served basis, not selecting other slots will not increase your priority.

Those who have been successful in securing a place will be notified by 4pm on Friday 8th March 2024. Students who have not been successful will be added onto the waiting list and will also be emailed by 4pm on Friday 8th March 2024 to advise them of this.
