Want to get top marks in your assignments? Want to improve the quality of your writing and ensure that your assignments reach the highest possible academic standard?

In this session, you will develop a greater awareness of some of the key features of formal academic writing and you will practise correcting the most common mistakes that international students often make in terms of style and register.

Please bring along a sample of your writing (at least two paragraphs) as you will have the opportunity to assess the quality of your own writing during the session.
