The form is for you to register you interest on the Term 2 social trips. Places for the trips will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please ensure you are signed in to Warwick to fill out this form. This form will close after all places have been filled.

If you are successful in gaining a place on these trips, transport and tickets will be provided, free of charge, to you. However as places are limited, we ask that you only register an event if you are committed to attending.

Those who have been successful in securing a place will be notified by 4pm on Monday 29th January 2024. Students who have not been successful will be added onto the waiting list and will also be emailed by 4pm on Monday 29th January 2024 to advise them of this.

On this form you can register a 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd choice or if you are only interested in the one trip please indicate this. However, please be advised that as trips are allocated on a first come first served basis, not selecting other trips will not increase your priority. If you are allocated to a trip in Term 1 you will not be prioritised for a trip in Term 2 and 3.
