Student Complaint Form

We take student complaints very seriously. The University's Student Complaint Resolution Procedure defines a complaint as "an expression of significant or sustained dissatisfaction where a student seeks action to address the problem". You may find the following page useful before submitting your complaint to us.

If you are dissatisfied with a module you are taking we would recommend that you speak to the module leader first and complete the module feedback form. If you are still dissatisfied then please do complete this complaints form. Please note in particular that a matter relating purely to academic judgement (including marks awarded for formative or summative academic assignments) is not classed as a complaint unless on the grounds that appropriate marking procedures were not followed.

You will need to log in to the system in order for it to register your details. Please provide as much information as possible with your complaint. We may contact you for further information.

If you have any questions or would appreciate further guidance before submitting the form please email Heather Broadbent via undergraduate@wbs.ac.uk. We aim to respond to your complaint within 10 working days.

Please explain what your complaint is regarding. (required)
