The International and Placements section of the Undergraduate Office provide tailored information, advice and guidance to students considering or engaging in study abroad and/or work in industry placements as part of a WBS degree. Their work includes -

• Helping you to explore which route is right for you - work in industry, study abroad or both! – through events, information sessions, email and 1-2-1 appointments
• Support throughout your student placement journey, from application, pre-departure, on-placement support, and returning home to WBS
• Management of study abroad allocations and work placement proposals

• Relationship management of international university exchange partnerships

• Inbound Exchange Programme admissions and marketing

If you’d like to book an appointment with us, use this form to arrange a virtual appointment. Each appointment is for a maximum of ten minutes. Further appointments can be arranged.

A member(s) of the team will send you a calendar invite with a Microsoft Teams link prior to your appointment slot. This will be sent to your Warwick email account.

In Person Year Abroad and Placement Drop-Ins

During Term 1, the UG International & Placements team will be hosting in-person 'Year Away' drop-ins on Tuesdays from 12:30 - 13:30 in the following locations:

• WBS Ground Floor Atrium (South): 10th October, 17th October, 24th October 2023

No appointment is necessary and students will be seen on a first come, first serve basis. The drop-ins will be for quick queries in relation to a Placement Year/UPP Year or Year Abroad opportunities.
