Undergraduate International & Placements Appointment Booking Form

Welcome to the virtual appointment booking form for the International & Placements section of the WBS UG Office! This form is to be used to book a 10 minute virtual appointment with a member of the International & Placements team :

Our team are here to support our students who are interested in, or currently undertaking a year abroad or year in industry as part of their degree. We can help you with topics such as:

• Opportunities to apply for a study abroad and/or work abroad or in the UK as part of your degree;
• Administrative process in applying to incorporate a period of study abroad and/or a work placement as part of your degree for all degree courses;
• Administrative support and guidance for compulsory year abroad degree courses BSc International Business and BSc International Management;
• Support and guidance on choosing your study abroad destinations during your second year;
• Support and guidance whilst out on a period of study abroad and/or work placements.

If you’d like to book an appointment with us after reviewing the above information, use this form to arrange a virtual appointment us. Each appointment is for a maximum of ten minutes. Further appointments can be arranged.

A member(s) of the team will send you a calendar invite with a Microsoft Teams link prior to your appointment slot. This will be sent to your Warwick email account.
