We are pleased to be able to offer bookable online appointments (via MS Teams) to students.

Please read the following information carefully before requesting an appointment:

• Please check your Student Handbook and information on my.wbs (especially in the A-Z as your question may already have been answered online.
• If you have a quick enquiry you may find it easier to email us at undergraduate@wbs.ac.uk If you enquiry is more complicated, or you would like to talk it through with a member of the team, please book an appointment.
• Please always INCLUDE your student ID and full details of your query when making the booking.
• If you have already emailed undergraduate@wbs.ac.uk about your question please make this clear in your booking and, if your email query is resolved fully before your appointment, please remember to cancel your appointment.
• The duration of all appointments is 10 minutes. Including full details of your query can help us to use the appointment time effectively.
• Confirmation of your booking and a Teams link (if appropriate) will be sent to your Warwick email.
• If you are unable to book an appointment at a suitable time, please email us with as much relevant information as you can, and include your student ID and phone number so that we can contact you if we need any further information in order to help you.
