This form will be used to manage attendance at the workshop.
If you choose not to share your data, your attendance at the workshop will be recorded and associated with your name, but no other personally identifiable data will be stored, and the data will not be used for any purpose other than as a record of the event.
With your consent, your data provided will be shared with other participants at the workshop, for the purpose of facilitating post workshop engagement and any potential joint research collaborations.
You may exercise rights in respect of your personal data. These are the right of access to it, to rectify inaccurate information, to restrict processing or erase personal data, to object to our processing of it and to transfer it to another controller.
