Joint Warwick-China Scholarship Council Scholars' Lunch

New scholars are invited to lunch with Pro-Vice-Chancellor (International) Professor Michael Scott and Deputy Pro-Vice-Chancellor Professor Sai Gu to celebrate your success in securing a prestigious Warwick-China Scholarship Council award for your PhD studies.

Global Partner Scholars Festive Networking 2024

Wednesday 11th December, 15:00-16:30, TBC

An informal networking session where you can share your experiences of your first term at Warwick and your plans for the winter break over a traditional mince pie and tea or coffee. We'll be joined by some former scholars who are now working or pursuing PhD studies who can share their advice on making the most of your time at Warwick and what to consider if you're thinking about applying for a PhD.

We would like to extend a warm welcome to all new sponsored students and scholars as you begin your studies at Warwick. We hope that you will be able to join us at this Welcome Reception to celebrate your achievement in securing a highly prestigious and competitive scholarship.

Hosted by Professor Michael Scott, Pro-Vice-Chancellor International, the Welcome Address will be given by the High Sheriff of Warwickshire. Other guests in attendance include Suraj Darbar, Chevening Programme Officer, Elizabeth Tresnan Director of Study UK and Nataliya Khrushch, Senior Programme Manager at the British Council, Sophie Bailey, DAAD Program Officer and Olwyn Shorey, US Postgraduate Programme Officer at the US-UK Fulbright Commission.
