In Memoriam: Denley Wright

It has been announced that Professor Denley Wright CBE died on 4 April 2013.

Professor Wright was Director of the National Vegetable Research Station (NVRS) at Wellesbourne, now Warwick Crop Centre, from 1967-1977.

Professor Wright started at NVRS on its formation in 1949. Before becoming Director, he was Head of the Entomology Section and also Deputy Director from 1957.
