Warwick’s Vice-Chancellor Professor Nigel Thrift has been asked to join the American Council on Education’s (ACE) Blue Ribbon Panel on Global engagement. The Panel will bring together thought leaders from around the world to reflect on the increasingly globalised landscape of higher education and to consider the future direction of ACE’s global engagement.

The Panel will meet three times between October 2010 and April 2011. Between October and January, a draft report with preliminary findings will be prepared and circulated for panelists’ consideration at the January 2011 meeting. A final version will be presented to the Blue Ribbon panellists for their review in April 2011.
