The University of Warwick and Coventry University have launched a joint project that will fund local artists to work with researchers to create digital art works that will be showcased this summer in a special digital exhibition in conjunction with the Coventry City of Culture Trust. They will then kept in the Coventry City of Culture Digital Archive. |

Here many more ways in which our students and staff are helping from ventilators, visors, and volunteering to helping produce more COVID-19 testing ,and providing online computing experiments for primary school children now learning at home. In many cases we can’t name the individuals as we want to leave them in peace to get on with their work but where we can they are named below. Medical students volunteer to join the NHS fight against COVID-19 across Coventry and Warwickshire
Medical students are from today (1 April) supporting health services across Coventry and Warwickshire to help fight COVID-19 (Coronavirus). 120 final year students from Warwick Medical School at The University of Warwick will initially be employed by the NHS locally to deliver vital support to existing medical and other clinical staff to help with the response to Coronavirus.
Impact of marine carbon on climate change to be investigated by Warwick Scientists
Professor Scanlan has been awarded €2.5 million from the ERC, which will be used to investigate virus inhibition of Oceanic CO2 fixation, in a project called ‘VirFix’.
