Warwick Awarded Rajiv Gandhi Foundation (UK) Bursary

Warwick has been awarded the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi Foundation (UK) Bursary for one doctoral student from India in any subject area.

The award highlights the University's standing as a top quality research institution and endorses Warwick's popularity among the Indian student population. The bursary is for up to £25k tenable for three years, or £8500 per annum. The prominent Indian industrialist and member of the House of Lords, Lord Bagri CBE, is chair of the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation (UK).

Warwick has become very popular with students from India over the last few years. The University has an office in Delhi and works closely with the British Council in India.
