The University of Warwick Staff Badminton Club is looking to recruit more players.

The club, currently made up of 15 members of mixed standards, exists for weekly fun and exercise. Games are played on a random basis between members, with a tendency to mix abilities as much as possible.

The social side is important to the club too: they regularly go for post-play drinks, and hold a social event – usually a dinner somewhere – every term.

They have a number of courts booked every Friday in the main sports hall from 7.30-9.30pm. It costs nothing to join the club and nothing to play so, if you’re free on Friday evenings and interested in joining, why not give it a go.
