Jun Chen, from the Warwick Business School, is currently working on a doctoral study research project.

The research topic is looking at consumers' experience of the online shopping environment.

Warwick students are being invited to participate in the survey, which involves the completion of an online questionnaire.

The information provided will be kept strictly confidential and for research purposes only.

Student participation in the survey is extremely important to the research and the time and effort taken to complete the questionnaire are sincerely appreciated.

At the end of the survey there will be a prize draw for all completed questionnaires from students who respond. Four prizes are up for grabs: three lots of £100 gift vouchers (from Amazon or Argos) and a laptop worth up to £800 will be awarded.
