Please Note:

- Fitness classes are on a ‘first come’ basis with tokens available at the Sports Centre reception 15 minutes before a class begins
- Entry to all Fitness Classes except Popmobility and Popmotone is prohibited after the first 10 minutes of the class have expired – in order to allow for a proper warm-up
