Talented students set for W Factor final

The Chinese Society's 'W Factor' talent contest comes to a conclusion on Monday 19th January with eight Warwick students competing for glory.

Singers and instrumentalists are among the finalists hoping to wow the public in the final at the Warwick Arts Centre.

As well as performances from the eight finalists, the Chinese Society performance team will also be showing off their talents, as will special guest performers from other universities.

The student talent show, organised by the Chinese Society, held the first and second rounds earlier last term. The final eight will be competing for the winner's trophy and a first prize of £300.

Cash prizes of £150 and £100 will be awarded to the first and second runners-up respectively and following the competition all of the final eight will record and produce an album of their own songs.

The event begins at 7:30pm in the Theatre.
