Warwick Universities Summit 2013

Students from the University of Warwick will host the 2013 Alex BolsWarwick Universities Summit from the 9th -10th March.

This year's theme focuses on universities in 2025, and will see leading academics and experts, organisations, and international student leaders examine the key issues that the higher education sector faces today.

These include questions on funding and widening access, and what the value of the global public university should be in a rapidly developing world where the threat of international competition stands firm as a guarantor of change within the sector.

The inaugural Warwick Universities Summit will be compiling a report to be presented at the 2013 Global Universities Summit in the summer.

With panels, discussions, individual speaker talks, seminars and fringe events taking place throughout the day the summit promises to be an exciting and insightful event.
