Creating EPS files in Windows

These may be required in order to produce high quality graphics in some applications such as Adobe illustrator

Use a PS printer driver (No graphics preview)

Install a generic postscript printer driver (e.g. HP Color LaserJet 2800 Series PS) go to the advanced options where it allows you to set to create an EPS file, and then set the port to print to file (or manually set the print to file option every time you print).

The problem with this is that it does not embed a graphics preview.

Ghostview can be used to embed a preview into an EPS file by following these instructions.
