- Part 1 (11:00 - 12:00): Three 15-20 minute short talks (Session chair: Godwin Yeboah).

- Fernando J. Abudinén, Making simulation for particle physics thread safe – EvtGen, Department of Physics, University of Warwick.

- Part 2 (13:00 - 14:00): One 15-20 minute short talk followed by an unconference session (Session chair: Sarah Roggendorf).

The agenda will feature presentations from our community members, including a short talk by a Doctoral Researcher from the Technical University of Munich. There will be ample opportunities for networking during lunch and the unconference session.
