The Commission Debate

Commission LogoThe Warwick Commission’s report, The Multilateral Trade Regime: Which Way Forward? was launched on 6 December 2007 at the World Trade Organization, in Geneva.

The launch, in front of an audience which included twelve ambassadors, WTO staffers, NGOs and academics, marked the opening of the Commissions extensive dissemination programme.

During 2008, Commissioners will be debating their findings on four continents with leading members of the trade policy community, politicians, business leaders and academics. Already, the Warwick Commission report has become a focus for the current debate about the future direction of the global trade governance regime.
