Reporting Problems in Centrally Timetabled Rooms
For problems with the Furniture or Fixtures in Centrally Timetabled Rooms
Contact the Estates Maintenance Helpdesk:
- For Emergency or same day priority assistance : Ext. 75100.
- For missing, broken or too much furniture, black board rubbers whiteboard pens etc. : submit a request for the porters via the Estates Service Centre - please use 'Request a Service' option for the porters
- Low priority and non-emergency requests for maintenance can now be handled via the Estates Online Web Service or contact helpdesk@estate.warwick.ac.uk

For issues concerning the misuse of Centrally Timetabled Rooms
- If you find someone else in a room you believe you have booked please contact the Timetabling Team on 02476 151203 (Rob McClean) or 02476 524424 (Sharon Udall) or via Teams
