Timetable Improvement

The University is currently undergoing a Timetable Improvement process with two parallel streams:
- Faculty Timetabling Pilot - focusing initially on the Faculty of Arts, this pilot is investigating new ways of constructing timetables.

Software Replacement Project - this involves procuring and implementing new timetabling software.

Book a Room 25/26

Login using your university login and associated password i.e. either u1111111 or msxxx.
Use our Web Room Booking (WRB) system to request a room booking. Your request will be processed as quickly as possible and you will receive confirmation that you booking has been made. Staff only can make PC room bookings by emailing room.bookings@warwick.ac.uk

If you have a visiting guest speaker you will need to complete the External Speaker Form

Rooms and Spaces

The University has around 200 centrally bookable teaching rooms and there are many more department managed rooms and specialist/performance spaces around campus. The room and spaces information in this section will help you to choose a suitable space for your activity.
