Additional Bursary Application Form

This form is intended for students who are eligible for an Additional Bursary because you are in receipt of Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment, Disabled Students' Allowances or Parents' Learning Allowance. If you are eligible because you meet one of the other criteria for an Additional Bursary you will be identified automatically and do not need to complete this form. In order to be eligible you must also meet the criteria for the Warwick Bursary which can be found here

In order to process your Additional Bursary application we require a recent copy of your DLA(Disability Living Allowances)/PIP(Personal Independence Payment)/DSA(Disabled Students Allowances)/PLA(Parents' Learning Allowance) notification. If possible, please upload a scanned copy here. Please note that this is not a secure line so if you would prefer you can bring a copy in to our office. The address is Student Funding Support, Senate House, University of Warwick, Coventry, CV4 7AL. Applications without supporting documents cannot be assessed.
