Born 1974.

Régis Chaperon trained initially in France and then in Carrara, Italy, before completing a degree at the University of Valencia in Spain.

His work ranges from highly stylised representations of figurative objects to purely abstract forms; a high level of technical skill enables him to produce carvings which delight and intrigue at the same time as revealing and celebrating the beauty of the material he uses.

He has exhibited in the UK, France, Germany and Spain. His work is in public collections in Germany and Italy.
