Ronald Brookman Morgan was born on the 29th December in Liverpool. He worked as a professional potter from 1951. Morgan was very interested in politics and held many roles in local politics including chairman of the Arts and Recreation Committee and Coventry Civic Amenities Society. In 1970 he opened a Toy Museum at Whitefriars Gate in Coventry, which he ran for many years.
