Art Collection portrait painter Tom Phillips has died aged 85.
Sadly the artist Tom Phillips has died. There are three works by Phillips in the collection, two portraits of Lord Scarman and a print. The print was one of a portfolio of works published to commemorate the bicentary of Mozart's death.
The Koan has returned!!
The Iconic sculpture White Koan by Liliane Lijn has returned to its original home outside Warwick Arts Centre. It was installed by the Clinical Trials Unit on the Gibbet Hill campus whilst work continued on the Arts Centre refurbishment and has now returned. Before it's arrival it was treated to a full make over with our conservator overseeing its shot-blasting, filling and repainting. It is now back in tip top condition and we hope you will agree it is looking great! The electrics and neon will be going in over the next few weeks. We hope you will come and visit it. To find out more about Liliane Lijn and White Koan we have lots of information on our artist page.
