Add an event to the events calendars

Update to the Events Calendar Submission Process

Staff who regularly submit events for inclusion on the calendar can now complete a registration form to allow them to upload their own events to the calendar.

If you don't feel comfortable using SiteBuilder then please continue to use the form below. Internal comms will be happy to continue posting your events, but please bear in mind that this could take several days during busy periods.

To add your event to the calendar, please complete the form below. If your event is for the general public, it may also appear on the external events page and social media channels.

If you supply a url (www.webaddresshere.com) to an event webpage we will link to this directly from the calendar. Events without a webpage will still have a basic listing, providing all the key information.

If you don’t currently have a dedicated page for your event(s) we recommend creating one (either individual pages or an events page listing all current events), which is hosted on your own departmental website.

Privacy statement
Personal contact information will be seen only by staff in External Affairs, and used in case we need to contact you for further information. The remaining event information will be published on insite and may also be used for the external website and social media channels. This information will therefore be made public.
