Digital Screens Content Submission

The Big Screen and Oculus Screen should promote a mix of content. We will always be looking for new, fresh and engaging content to showcase on the screen.

In order to ensure content consistency of quality please make sure your submission complies with the guidelines linked below. Due to the busy the screens can get, we may not be able to schedule your content.

Standard playlist content will be scheduled for 4 weeks by default.

One of the screens in the Oculus (1/4 of the video wall) has broken. While the screen is being repaired, content has been resized to fix the remaining three screens, so use of the Overlay will not match the screen output. We hope the screen will be fixed by the summer.

If you require any further advice, please contact digitalscreens@warwick.ac.uk before making your submission.
