Dignity at Warwick (bullying and harassment)
We are committed to ensuring a working and learning environment in which all University members (staff and students) are treated fairly and with dignity and respect, and where bullying and harassment are not tolerated. The Dignity at Warwick Policy outlines unacceptable behaviours and the process for reporting and dealing with inappropriate behaviour.

The Disability Framework is designed to provide managers with an overview of when and how to implement a workplace adjustment for staff, and to help them through the process.

Equality Impact Assessment (EIA)
An EIA is a tool that will assist in the analysis of policies and practices to ensure that they do not disadvantage or inadvertently discriminate against any individual or groups of individuals with a protected characteristic.

Conference Support Awards (suspended for 2020/21)
Small Awards (of up to £150) are available to research active staff and those in Professional Services posts to help support the extra childcare or other caring costs associated with attendance at conferences.
